Should your subcontracting firm be subject to award, WSI will provide a Notice of Intent to Award. This notification authorizes the preparation of project required submittals and insurance certificates, and notification that a Subcontractor Hire Packet will be sent in the near future.
Upon receipt of the Subcontractor Hire Packet, it is important to take notice of the required turn-around time for the required subcontractor documents. Most projects have a ten day requirement for required subcontractor document submittal, however this may vary from project to project. Should your subcontractor hire packet documents not be submitted to WSI by the stated deadline, you may be found non-responsive and your scope of work may be awarded to the next responsive bidder.
